Minnesota Defense provides custom cable and wire assemblies for military aircraft and vehicles. Our engineers create these designs with purpose and performance in mind to provide highest quality systems that ensure robust performance in demanding environments.

We have led projects that included the design and fabrication of complete wiring systems and harnessing for defense vehicles on key military projects, including the MRAP and our products are battle-proven in today's world including waterproof cables. Minnesota Defense has an R&D division that specializes in cutting edge technology, making us the perfect match for projects as advanced as experimental aircraft and aerospace applications, which we have a separate section for on our website.

When it comes to communication cables our attention to detail is unmatched. We can design as far as your needs go, including the Tempest level standards of signal emissions control. Here we can utilize designs that will provide the utmost protection with materials such as metal-plated Kevlar and Nickel-plastic compounds that fully shield the connectors themselves. Our data and communication cables have even been used on Air Force One.

All assemblies can be tested in our EMC (Electromagnetic Capabilities) laboratory to ensure that our wires & cables will conform to the required standards for radiated emissions, susceptibility and shielding effectiveness. We specialize in mil-spec designs and what you may need beyond that.
