past and looks to the future

Each year, the Foundation awards scholarships to several participants in the Chamber's Leadership Saint Paul class. Scholarship recipients participating in the 1999 - 2000 class include: John Miller LeBlanc, Catholic Charities;

The luncheon also provided the opportunity to thank businesses who have contributed to the Prepare Saint Paul program through the Foundation in the past.
