Chamber Foundation
luncheon honors the
past and looks to the future

The First Annual Chamber Foundation Luncheon
took place on September 29, 1999, at the Holiday Inn Saint
Paul East. The keynote speaker, Dr. Patricia Harvey,
Superintendent of Saint Paul Public Schools, shared
her vision for the future, as well as her enthusiasm for
community involvement in the education of Saint Paul students.
